We’re willing to be flexible, but as a rule of thumb, we prefer to charge for our time rather than by word or by piece. That said, for specialist work, proofreading, photography and very large projects, we’ll negotiate a fee that fits your budget.

How long is a piece of string? Time is of the essence so we try to be as efficient as we can. We can usually get to work as soon as we receive a good, detailed brief and will factor in time for reviews and edits. If the job requires immediate attention or heroic efforts, we may need to reflect this in the price. In general, drafting a good article or press release should take 24 hours.

We aren’t designers but can handle simple infographics in-house and will connect you with great creative designers for any project requiring a greater level of design input.
Like with design, we have the capability to provide good basic photography, such as corporate portraits or events shots. For your annual report or advertising needs, we can refer you to a number of brilliant pro snappers.
After we’ve talked about your needs we’ll submit a proposal which will include a quote. This will always be a reasonable view of the time and effort that will go into your campaign and will include things like edits and re-writes. We can be flexible, particularly if the project promises to be a long-term one. And we’ll generally invoice on completion, for payment within a month.
